My experience at Jazz Hotel Penang was nothing short of exceptional. Advantages: The hotel is in the island plaza mall, there is a supermarket downstairs, and the mall also has a restaurant, which is quite convenient. There is a swimming pool on the 5th floor of the hotel and the environment is also good. The hotel is a family hotel, you can cook your own food. Disadvantages: The hotel guidelines are not clear enough. In a big shopping mall, I don't know where the check-in desk is. In addition, it is an apartment hotel, which is not cleaned every day and the bath towels are not enough to change. In addition, it’s a bit far from the attractions, but it’s still more convenient to travel by Grab.

Good, cheap, good service, but have to contact the owner of the room to stay by phone. There should be a channel to contact the owner of the room, other channels such as Line, etc.

Rooms were kept well and clean. Toilets were clean as well. Besides the room, there is a desert place a stone throw away and a fast food restaurant. Gurney Drive is about a 5 minute walk. We could get take aways from the hawker stalls and enjoy in the room as there were utensils provided as well as a microwave. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, the room was spotlessly clean, and the views were breathtaking.
