The Palm Suite Tanjung Tokong

Great location, huge parking space. Since traveling with family everyone was happy especially the kids since 14hr McDonald's is right in front and Starbucks next to it. Few hundred meters away from malls and food courts. The family room was spacious and I like the deep bath tub. Great price.

The location very good , walking distance to more than 5 restaurants . MCD just right beside the hotel. Anyhow our room have ants once we put our food on the table 😮💨

Late check in, room was big and spacious, aircon not cold enough, the jacuzzi is a plus point if you like that, the room comes with Netflix but the Internet connection could be better.

Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base. The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach. A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang. Good Location, nearby Gurney drive & tanjong bungah. Easy parking excess . Upstairs room have a spacious balcony but it's empty, hope they they will put in some chairs and table in the future. have nice cafe beside hotel.

They gave me early checked in since i arrived early. Wonderful service. Everything were great except the wifi connection is really poor. I need to use my own connection to watch tv. I hope they can improve for this part.

The room for 4 pax with 2 double bed is big and comfortable and this is 2nd time I stay here.
