Days Inn by Wyndham Tannersville

My account was hacked and someone booked a room for 5 nights here and when I disputed it they did everything they could not to give me my money back and they clearly know that no one showed up to stay at the room and I can’t get no response back from them. I was actually literally in jail that week so I. Have solid evidence proof I didn’t order the room.

2 hours drive away from New York city. Just pull over the car from free way and sleep over. Have an out let just beside it.

Nice person at front desk

There were issues with cleanliness in the room.

Carpet near the bathroom is wet. Bathroom flush handle need to be changed kinda rusty. Found and killed a bug by the curtains

A moderate priced hotel. At check in, the receptionist was lovely. The room was musty which is “fine” but once we turned on the lights, it was filthy. Dirt in ice bucket dirty. Greasy Finger prints on light switch, mirror, tv kind of dirty. Hairs on pillow. But then the shower, the handle literally fell off at first touch. We asked for another room and by then there was a different receptionist. (We had left to get food) and the man was the overnight receptionist who was annoyed we asked to switch rooms. The second room was worse! There were BUGS, baby cockroaches and termites. We couldn’t cancel room bc non refundable. The shower was moldy. We got a few hours of sleep and left bc literally we were both itchy.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE'VE EVER HAD IN ALL OF OUR TRAVELS! ! ! ! ! We have driven coast to coast four times, across Canada from Winnipeg to Whistler, and to northern New England and to Florida multiple times. So, for me to say that this was ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE'VE EVER HAD IN ALL OF OUR TRAVELS, is saying a lot! ! ! Noteworthy Details: This facility needs maintenance and upgrading! The "free breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired.
