本人是貴酒店的老顧客了，因工作需要每年入住酒店二到三次，每次出差都住華美達，這次在攜程網上下單，感覺酒店服務水平越來越好！特別是服務員小廖，大部分時間是她負責打掃服務，做事很認真，也很主動問候，倍感親切，很是感動。她每次都會細心的記住我的喜好和要求，給我提供很多幫助。希望酒店領導能夠對她進行表揚，再次表示感謝！也希望酒店生意越來越好！

因為工作原因有幸入住了華美達酒店，感受到了華美達不一員工素質。在電梯口遇到了一位穿紅衣服的清潔工，也會微笑的打招呼，説早上好，很有禮貌，如沐春風。餐廳人員笑臉相迎，早餐豐盛，服務熱情周到，衞生也很好。大廳佈置不錯，很有地方特色，就拍了照，工作人員看到主動幫我們拍照，真的感覺到了賓至如歸，非常感謝！
