My stay in this hotel was amazing & superb!!..it first started w/ some sort of issues due to language barrier, but, patched it up and moved forward!! Leo, the manager was very cordial, welcoming, and approachable. The best manager in the town!. Angelo, the receptionist, really let me feel to be comfy & extended a very excellent customer service as receptionist . Kudos to you guys!! Keep up the good work! I will be coming back again !!

房間很大，設施齊全，可以看到窗外風景，但是房間的牆壁有些是空心的，隔音很差，第一天晚上凌晨時分隔壁房間在**，我在房間裏可以很清楚的聽到他們説話的聲音，這讓我難以入睡，第二天我去買的耳塞，睡眠質量好了很多

Hotel was clean. Front desk workers spoke fairly good English. We were disappointed that the airport shuttle was not included and that the airport was 35 minutes away.

The location was great, quite close to Zhongli train station. It was located in a shopping mall where provides clothes shops and well-known restaurants. Overall, it was quite convenient for the-first-time-visit.
