Place was not that easy to find. But surprised that lobby was very nice. Room was clean, comfortable and well kept

Stayed here for 1 night while on transit. First floor of building doesn’t look good but hotel on 6th floor was ok.
Alot of shops nearby, very convenient location. Check in was quick and easy.
Getting to Airport by bus 706 was very fast and easy.
Room door could not lock though, didn't really like this.

Located on level 6 and 7 of an old building, but location was superb. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. CitySuites never disappoints with location (having stayed at their Taipei one before too). You know what to expect with this brand, clean towels, fresh linens, no nonsense, great decor. Toilet has wet/dry separation, water pressure strong, hot water on demand anytime you want it. However, no windows but the TV with tons of international channels including TLC and HBO etc makes up for it. Really value for money as always and highly recommend CitySuites anywhere in Taiwan!

The hotel location is very central, easy to walking around, eat and drink. Very value for money for such a bing room, but they definitely need to put up more obvious signage for the entrance.

The exterior is unassuming. You must keep a lookout for the signboard when in the vicinity. However, once you reach the check-in counter at level 6, it feels like you've been teleported to a different world. It's clean and modern. The electrical plugs are international. So, no adapters required on our end. I will come back again because it is within 5 min walking distance to Taoyuan train station. The HSR station.

Plumbing system can improve.. water was going down very slow when showering.. had to switch room s water went stagnant at basin area

Nice location to stay but not that easy to find. I love the ambiance, the temperature and the mood are relaxing.
