Amazing views and facilities. Plus, during the summer, they even have fireworks on Saturdays (as pictured)! The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay again if the price was better.

This is a perfect hotel for a getaway. One night simply isn't enough! You really need two nights to fully soak in the whole experience and enjoy your vacation. The food at the restaurants was excellent. It's also incredibly family-friendly! We'll definitely be back for another two-night stay next time!

Andrea Wu's service was utterly unsatisfactory. She was unhelpful in resolving my issues and spoke in an uncomfortable, off-putting manner. Her stern and dismissive expression, coupled with her general demeanor, clearly shows she is unfit for a front desk role. Despite it being quite late, around 5 PM, her inefficient handling unnecessarily prolonged my check-in, leaving my family waiting for a long time in the lobby. This showed a complete disregard for guests' comfort. As a returning guest, I feel this particular receptionist severely detracts from the hotel's overall quality and reputation.

The staff were incredibly welcoming right from our arrival. Everything, from check-in to using the facilities and dining, was comfortable and went smoothly. We had a wonderful two-day, one-night stay at the hotel. I'm not sure if it was because of the summer holidays, but there was also a performance during the evening happy hour, which the kids absolutely loved.

Our family room was incredibly spacious, featuring two separate double beds and two TVs. At night, a hidden partition door in the middle could be closed, ensuring everyone had their own quiet space.
We made sure to arrive early in the afternoon to enjoy the water facilities. Do note that there's a disinfection period from 1 PM to 2 PM. We started by enjoying the carousel, some fun kiddie rides, and the outdoor pool. After 2 PM, we then moved to the indoor pool.
The beef noodles at the lobby bar were on the pricier side, but absolutely delicious. The beef itself was incredibly tender and flavorful, even the leaner cuts. It was so good, we almost forgot to snap a picture before devouring it!

Well managed and kept resort. Staffs are well trained and groomed. Extremely helpful and forthcoming. Excellent service at breakfast place. Perhaps the best place in Taiwan for a resort choice.
