Esta es mi cuarta vez en este hotel en familia …… y es Incredible que después de 3 años sigan igual con el servicio a la hora pico….. increíble que el día de ayer viernes 30 julio 2021 estando los socios comiendo aquí sigan sin darse cuenta que necesitan contratar más meseros (dos y una ayudante para todas las mesas, para el servicio del bar y para el área de la fogata) Construyeron mas cuartos pero no contratan mas personal, imagínate que la misma persona que esta en recepción en el lobby ahorita tuvo que venir a tomarles la orden del Buffett asistido, y sigue así y solo somos 3 mesas Un hotel donde vienes a relajarte tiene que estar todo perfecto, sin necesidad de salir del hotel y la comida aun estando a la carta y pagada no solo NO esta buena sino que no ha cambiado y no hacen por perfeccionar y mejorar. Ahorita del servicio de fogata del día de ayer aun siguen las cosas afuera (jarras, vasos de vidrio … todo) y ya son las 10 de la mañana. Solo hay tres excepciones ….. el lugar es muy bonito, el mesero Manuel es excelente pero obviamente rebasado y la limpieza de los cuartos. Después de haber puesto esta sugerencia en ocasiones previas y gracias a que me lo seguía recomendando el Dr Rodrigo porque fui maestro de él en el hospital y por ser uno de sus familiares socio de aquí …….. ahora si no vuelvo a regresar. Estoy seguro que lugares aquí en Tapalpa hay mejores y tanto meseros como limpieza la puedes encontrar en otro lugar

The rooms are cozy and pleasant. It was a surprise to find such great rooms compared to the reception area and tables next to the pool which are old, dirty, and need an urgent remodeling. The pool looks inviting at first sight, but once you get into the water is extremely cold, has no heat and considering the climate in Tapalpa, it’s necessary! The bikes available for rental are too old and it looks they haven’t received service for Long time. There’s only two people in charge, the receptionist and the waiter, who is also the bartender, the waiter at the pool, the man who rents the kayaks, ( which are old and broken) , he does everything in there. You can see the owner in the morning having breakfast at the small restaurant but he isn’t worried for the guests! It’s a pity, they could have this hotel in a much better condition.
