My wife and I chose this hotel for a quiet relaxing break and it fitted our requirements perfectly, the hotel is very nice and very clean and all the staff are very friendly I took advantage of the excellent spa facilities and experienced two wonderful massages by a lady named Soli she really was absolutely amazing. The food was good, the room was great and the animation team around the pool were brilliant. We both had a wonderful time and would definitely go there again.

Ich hatte dieses mal eine Überraschung,ich wa mit meiner Freundin unterwegs und haben wie jedesmal Fotografen unterwegs getroffen,aber dieses Mal sind wir sehr gut beraten worden und sehr freundliche Menschen getroffen,ein Lob an Frau Adela und Herr Andrei die uns eine andere Meinung über Fotografen gemacht haben,Der personal von Hotel wie immer freundlich und nextes Jahr werden wir aufjedenfall wieder kommen,eine tolle Erfahrung

Hotel was very good. Spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food has a decent range of options with something for everyone. Only 3 stars because the decking area round the pool was past needing repairs (was bad enough last year and not been dealt with). Also, overbooking meant that 2 of our friends (not booked as a group) ended up elsewhere for 2 nights and the manager was not available at that time. We did catch him later in the week and he said decking repairs were imminent. However, after emailing for an update before booking again for next year, this still hasn't been tackled and he us unable to tell us an exact date for this. Would be more than happy to return but not until decking made safe.

First time in the Canaries and very pleased with this hotel. Good salad options and drinks, meats on the poorer side. Quite clean. Staff very kind and helpful, especially Rafael who works in the restaurant. Jamal was also excellent at engaging guests - thank you! Lots of cute cats around which was a big plus for me. Staff kind enough to let me practice spanish with them too! Yes there are a few bits of the hotel that are older (decking, some signage) but that didn't effect out stay in the least. Coffee hack: put an extra shot of espresso in your cappuccino at the machines- it fits!

The hotels and most staff were great but the wooden decking around all the pools was in a disgusting and dangerous state. We complained to staff who said they were aware and trying to get it repaired. I later found out from a staff member in confidence that it had been that way for over a year. No staff were interested.. there were holes, trip hazards and nails. You couldn’t walk around the pools (all 3) barefoot . Absolutely disgraceful. Would never go here again because of the dangers of the decking and of the attitude of the staff we mentioned it to. All other aspects of the hotel were ok

Très bel hôtel avec de bonnes prestations hôtelières. La nourriture est excellente mais répétitive. Pas assez de transat autour des piscines et en plus des touristes qui mettent leurs serviettes 2 à 3 heures avant d'arriver à la piscine. Les lattes autour de la piscine chauffée sont à changer, très mal vieilli. Personnel au top.

L'hotel et bien placés au pied de la mer .les chambres sont bien tenues et propre.le resto, étend français il y a beaucoup de repas salé (petit déjeuner, goûter ,snack après midi )mais rien de sucré au snack d'après midi. Le petit petit-déjeuner pas de croissant, de brioche , de biscuit sec .les repas sont répétitif mais correct.

Établissement agréable par son personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute et la restauration variée. 2 piscines dont une chauffée, espace spacieux payant luxueux. Espace musculation correct. Proximité de la plage et site reposant. Points à améliorer : desserts dont les pâtisseries ont un goût de moisissures, appareils de musculation à réparer ainsi que le plancher bois de la piscine. Le gros point positif et très rare en Espagne : le plafond acoustique absorbant dans le restaurant qui procure un moment de calme lors des repas.

Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel au mois de mars et le gros point négatif est les repas. Les desserts sont infectes ils ont tous une odeur particulière de renfermer. Je pense qu’il y a un problème au niveau de la conservation soit l’endroit ou la décongélation. Pour ma part impossible de manger aucun gâteau que ce soit au chocolat ou aux fruits ou autres cettz odeur ne donnait vraiment pas envie d’y goûter. Idem pour la viande hyper dure. Heureusement qu’il reste la pizza et les frites
