Gluten Free food was readily available, andnplenty of resturants in the area catered Gluten free. we had a good selection at breakfast with eating from the kids section, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, we had a family emergency and the staff helped organise flowers and the TUI rep allowed us to check out at pick up time and express security at the airport at no extra cost. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views out the front and a mountain view out the back, we had two terraces. The apartment was very clean, we went all inclusive but the facilities were there for a good self catering holiday. We had such a good time we have booked to come back next March and can't wait.

Trevligt boende i lugn område. Vi hade inte All Inclusive, och då saknas trevliga matställen på boendet tyvärr. Lunchrestaurang på stranden 300 m österut helt OK.
Litet centrum i Bahia Feliz med fyra restauranger på kvällen, jättemysigt och trevligt.
Boendets ” utspisning” liknar en skolmatsal…..utan mysfaktor.
Lägenheten jättefin med kokmöjligheter och två terasser.

La limpieza se hace cada 3 días, y no todos los días como se hace en cualquier otro alojamiento.

Poca chiarezza nella tariffe: ho prenotato la mezza pensione. Arrivato in hotel ho scoperto che se avessi prenotato solo pernottamento pagando in hotel l'upgrade per all inclusive, avrei speso meno di quanto ho pagato per la mezza pensione. Nonostante le mie richieste lo staff non ha fatto nulla, ne prima ne dopo il soggiorno. Consiglio di fare molta attenzione sulle tariffe. Lavandino del bagno ridicolo e inutilizzabile (praticamente attaccato al fondo del lavandino che è piatto). Ristorante del playa feliz molto scarso: alle 8.15 il cibo del buffet sc****ggiava. Meglio recarsi all'hotel orquidea tenendo conto che però bisogna fare un po di strada. Non lo consiglierei del tutto.

This was our second time in Playa Feliz, third time in Blue hotel Bahia Feliz area. If you stay here for the very first time, it will be a good experience. But if you have had a vacation previosly, it is not the same it used to be. All Inclusive is still great. Lots of great food, lots of drinks to choose. Staff is very friendly. It is small things and nickle and diming that make the difference. There are still yoga, hiit etc classes every day. Previously they used to be Les Mills classes, and there were a couple of different every day. There is still beach volley. Befor it was ok to continue playing, but now staff took the ball away after 60 minutes because a ”company policy”. You can’t borrow a ball -anymore, you have to buy or rent it. If you want to go play some basketball -you have to rent a whole sports court. Do I have to say sports court stayed empty all the time? Do we come back fourth time? Probably not. But it is still a good choise to have a relaxing holiday. Notice there is nothing much outside the hotel area. Only a couple of shops and a few restaurants. So if you don’t like just staying in hotel area, you might want to rent a car and explore the island.
