Camera non adeguatamente riscaldata. Prima colazione modesta e cappuccino servito in un bicchiere di carta. Esperienza sicuramente deludente. Molto spiacente ma per il prossimo mio soggiorno a Taranto dovrò rivolgermi ad un altro hotel

Sono stato in questo Hotel una notte. Ho prenotato circa 2 giorni prima volevo una singola ma avevano sólo doppie "superior".... Sono arrivato all'hotel alle 19.00 circa l'adetta alla reception era gentile e professionale ma le camere erano veramente datate. Il riscaldamento era assicurato da una pompa di calore che per riscaldare la camera ci ha messo tutta la notte, bagno piccolo e senza riscaldamento il vetro della vasca con molto calcare e tappo della doccia in metallo tutto piegato. Al mattino buffet per colazione molto stile mensa aziendale. Al momento di pagare 'adetta alla reception del mattino era anche lei molto gentile e professionale. Nel complesso non ci tornerei, il personale merita il massimo mentre la struttura il minimo.

Very slow check-in, despite the lady working very hard. The public ateas are very nice and clean.
We were assigned a lovely big triple room which was very comfortable. However, the en suite plumbing is very old and falling apart.
Good range of choices for the buffet breakfast, but only replenished if you ask. The big turn off was that only very small plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic or paper cups are available. If they want to save on washing up, they should at least provide compostable plates and cutlery. This breakfast experience marred our stay.

The only advantage is its proximity to the centre. It is an old hotel, without parking (or rather by paying €25 they have an "agreement" with a car park). Heated room with a very noisy air conditioner that doesn't let you sleep at night. Poor in all amenities including breakfast. Requires maintenance.

Not all rooms have a mini bar, which is separate!! The manager or the person who manages the hotel would do well not to bring his dogs inside the structure, especially if they bark continuously every time a guest enters or leaves.
