Overall it's pretty good, the service attitude is very good, the food is also good, the only drawback is that there is no kettle in the room :)

Hotel is good, the staff is friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately it is kind of isolated from everything else, with little to nothing to do around it.
On the positive side, the restaurant is good and there is gym in the adjacent building

Great hotel, brand new. Super comfortable bed, completely new structure, for me one of the best hotels in Manaus, complete gym for those who like physical activities. Delicious breakfast, could have more country options, but other than that, it's a spectacular hotel.

Avoid the Ramada by Wyndham hotel in Manaus, terrible service, more than an hour to solve a problem with lack of water and broken air conditioning. Unprepared employees. They don't respond to messages. Hotel under renovation, very noisy (I stayed in room 703). Then they moved me to 915, broken furniture.
