Mercure (Tashkurgan Jincao Beach Hotel)

Choosing the right hotel for a couple's trip to Taxkorgan is absolutely crucial! Staying at the Mercure Taxkorgan was an absolutely perfect experience. The hotel's environment is tranquil and elegant, with a sophisticated design that creates a wonderful ambiance, especially for couples. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, and the oxygen supply system was excellent, making our stay in the high-altitude comfortable and not stuffy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location is superb, making it easy to get around and explore. During the day, we enjoyed the stunning scenery of the Pamir Plateau, and in the evening, we returned to the hotel for some quiet relaxation. The journey itself was beautiful, but the accommodation experience made it even better – romantic and comfortable. We will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Taxkorgan. Highly recommend it for couples!

The hotel is easy to find, and parking right outside the entrance is very convenient, saving you from lugging your luggage around. From the room, you can see distant mountain peaks, and this time of year, Tashkurgan still offers views of many snow-capped mountains, which is lovely. The hotel's breakfast is also the best out of the two hotels I've stayed at in Tashkurgan. I recommend staying here.

The hotel is new, but some parts are not well decorated. There is a smell when entering the room. The cabinets have a noticeable new smell. The water in the bathroom is yellow at first. The quilt is too thick and it is hot. It is also hot in the open space.

The guy at the front desk was handsome and the service was good. The room was clean and tidy. The room facilities were very complete, including oxygen generator, humidifier, air conditioning and floor heating. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, checking in was quick, and they proactively upgraded my room type. They were very patient and answered all my questions. The room was also meticulously cleaned, and items were replenished promptly, making us incredibly acclaimed.

The room is very large and has an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier. I slept very comfortably and the breakfast was delicious. 😋 The service was warm and friendly.

We took our family to Tashi County and booked a king-size room. Upon arrival, the front desk noticed we were traveling with children and upgraded us to a family room. The hotel was very user-friendly, with underfloor heating, a comfortable room, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and pre-placed fruit and dried fruits, which was a heartwarming touch. The view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was magnificent. The front desk service was friendly, check-in was quick, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was generous, with a variety of fruits, drinks, milk, beverages, and pastries. I would highly recommend this to friends from all over the world. The overall stay was exceptional. 👍
