nice place to stay but one minus they dont answer to phone calls

The room is newly renovated, the environment is very good, the heating is sufficient, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The waiters provide English service and the communication is barrier-free~

There was no one to disturb me. No one gave me toilet paper when I ran out. I had to ask for it myself. I won’t choose their store next time.

酒店靠近火車南站，步行大約10-15分鐘左右，雖然不在市中心但交通還算方便，門口就有公交站，多趟線路也都經過。酒店比較新，設施也都不錯，房間都很乾凈寬敞，有的房間也有冰箱，樓層還有飲水機,不臨街的房間也都還算安靜。早餐在頂樓的露台，相對簡約，去晚了東西就比較少了；露台的風景真的不錯。周邊有很多小超市，買東西也方便。前台的小哥都很周到熱情，英語好，還打車陪我去附近的銀行換錢，真的非常感謝~

房間很臟，被套上面還有頭髮和污漬，沒有拖鞋和瓶裝水，第一天入住的時候給我拿過來了，第二天第三天都是沒有的。房間門是刷卡的，沒有反鎖的功能，晚上睡覺的時候還是有點害怕。酒店附近沒有吃的，有很多做汽車配件的。確實有一個會説中文的小哥，酒店去機場很方便，如果自己打車去可能就27000蘇姆，但是如果酒店送就要收50000蘇姆。離市區也很遠

Отель находится на проезжей части. Окна выходили на дорогу, ночью довольно шумно. Приходилось закрывать окна. Полотенца, постельное белье чистейшие. Удобный матрас. А номере не было питьевой воды. В целом рекомендую. Отель цена-качество.

Buena atención al cliente, habitaciones limpias y cómodas con aire acondicionado, desayuno bien. El hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero con Yandex sale económico ir en taxi.
