Hotel ok, sarapan ok, hanya saja saya mendapatkan kamar smoking room padahal di pesanan saya tertera jenis kamar non smoking room tapi resepsionis bilang tidak ada keterangan di pesanan saya utk non smoking room dan non smoking room sdh penuh jd kami tidak bisa pindah kamar. Saya tidak tau apakah ini kekeliruan dari pihak trip.com atau pihak hotel. Kamar di treatment utk menghilangkan bau rokok, tapi hanya bertahan sebentar. Terimakasih.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman, lokasi berada tepat di jalan utama, Kamar luas dan sangat nyaman dengan jendela yang cukup besar, Sarapan bervariatif dan cukup enak. Namun kurangnya hanya TV saja yang masih menggunakan saluran lokal sehingga tampilan runyam, Kedepannya dapat ditambahkan fasilitas SmartTV karena hotel sejenis dikota yang sama sudah menggunakan SmartTV sehingga menambah kenyamanan tamu untuk beristirahat.
