We stayed her on 6th April for 1 night and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of free parking places. The grounds of the hotel were great too. You can see all the training grounds and plenty of England Football Memorabilia. The hotel is very clean and modern. Check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 12:30pm and our room was ready and we were checked in. I am a diamond member and we were upgraded to a King Deluxe countryside room and I loved it. We received our free water and we were also left a small box of chocolates which was a lovely touch. Being a diamond member you get free access to the Executive lounge and I thought it was very nice in deed. It would have been nice if there was more soft drink selection instead of just Pepsi and Diet Pepsi and water. You can also access the gym and pool but you need to book after check in. We booked for 4pm and you get 45 mins in the pool. It was very nice and there were sunbeds around the pool which were nice. I particularly liked the heated tiled beds, they were very nice after a swim. We did eat at the hotel as we came just to chill out and the food was nice, staff great so no complaints. The room was very quiet and I enjoyed the view, especially the sunrise this morning. Breakfast was on point. It was buffet and the sausages were delicious. Plenty of choices for everyone. I really can’t fault it, we had a great stay and are already planning to stay again. If I really had to find a fault, I would say that there was no USB plug sockets in the room, however we took our mains plug so it didn’t affect us, so remember to take your plugs. Thank you for having us.
