酒店服務OK，設施OK，環境O K
酒店有很多活動，傍晚的看雪牆超級推薦，屬於整個行程的彩蛋：可以看到人少時候的雪牆，可以看到日落，早上醒來看窗外的各種動物腳印也很興奮。
今年行李不能直接託運到酒店是個遺憾，但是簡單行李帶上山也不錯，酒店提供的各類用品很齊全了

全日本海拔最高的酒店，開業至今比我年紀還大，但總體維護的還算可以。本來預訂的是雙人間，很幸運給了三人間，還能給後來增加的朋友入住，不然雙人間太少加床都困難。酒店確實太方便了，樓下就是立山車站，商店也很大，很多紀念品。酒店前台的妹妹英語也不錯，很可愛。其實之前給酒店提前打了電話，入住當天是姐姐生日安排了蛋糕。晚餐時送來，還有好多服務生一起為姐姐慶祝，還幫我們拍攝了照片，退房時打印裝訂給我們，很感動！餐廳還有一位來自寧夏的服務生，很高，看到我們也很開心説酒店很少有國內遊客入住。餐食口味還算不錯，在山頂能有這樣條件很滿意了。衞生間很小，還好房間就在大浴池隔壁，方便多了！

位置最好的酒店，交通方便，景色美麗，價格貴，但晚餐和早餐都很棒，下午四點酒店會帶客人蔘觀經典路線和講解，很不錯。前台工作人員也熱心。運氣好天氣給力，看到了秋季美景。

也許是因為位於山頂的原因，房間極端小，兩張單人床中間衹有40公分不到距離，另一個房間稍寬些但又短些。房間包早晚餐，餐挺好，作為山頂酒店就覺得做得很好了。酒店外面風景很美，有山有湖，藍天白雲，還有地獄谷在冒着蒸汽。如果是冬天就可以看到雪牆，大約20米高，會非常震撼。現在8月山上還可見零星的雪。就是上山來也不容易，最好輕裝，要齒輪火車加大巴。如果從另一側下山還要坐空中纜車，當然，這也是一種體驗。服務員基本不會講英語，溝通困難。
