Kukucka Mountain Hotel & Residences

Perfect apartment for 5 family members with small children. Nice breakfast. Near by the mountain trace. We had like a separaited apartment with 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Coach and in every room were a tv, two bathrooms by the bedroom. Everything was perfect

Dinner at the restaurant was really great. Plsen draft beer on tap. Breakfast was sub standard. Lunch only after 2pm.

We spent a 3 night weekend in High Tatras and I was very happy we chose this hotel. The room was cozy, the bed comfortable and the views incredible. The stay came with breakfast every morning and the breakfast spread was really outstanding. Cold cuts, cheeses, veggies, several types of bread and pastries, cereals, hot food, juice bar, coffee machine with great coffee. The restaurant has plenty of seating so it never felt overcrowded and overly busy. We went for breakfast when it opened at 7:30. The restaurant has indoor seating, a breakfast room and an outdoor seating with umbrellas. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Other than one lady at the front desk on Saturday evening (she was at the front desk by herself). She was dealing with some sort of complicated cancellation over the phone and she had at least 3 people waiting right in front of her. And instead of putting the person on the phone on hold and dealing with people in front of her, she made us wait 20 minutes. I finally gave up after 20 minutes and left. All I wanted was to borrow an umbrella since it was raining that evening. We got rained on. Other than that (and that’s just a poor training in common sense and hospitality service), it was really nice. We also dined at the restaurant and the food and the service was excellent.

Comfortable, good quality place, with a great service level and very friendly staff. Amazing, open, and dedicated people. I was staying there and enjoying Tatra hiking just for 4 days, but after a whole day spent in the mountains, it was always great to come back to the hotel, the room, and the people. Great food, convenient parking, close to interesting spots in Tatrzańska Lomnica, and hiking trails. We were rushing a bit when checking-out, and I have left one of my bags in the room. To my surprise hotel's staff sent it back to me to Warsaw with no extra charge. Great attitude, and I will definitely be back in this place. Strongly recommend!
