I was very satisfied with the service and location, but it was a shame that there were a few mosquitoes in the room.

Hotel Caretta was an excellent choice. Nearby to the airport and located next to the beach. Room was spacious, clean and hotel had nice amenities. WiFi was good, water clean, Staff very friendly. The hotel had bicycles available for guest use. There was a dive resort next door for those whom wanted to explore the ocean. The hotel had an on site restaurant that had great food (breakfast and dinner) and there were nearby izakayas for those whom wanted to try local places. Great time and would love to return. Thank you to the Staff of Hotel Caretta : )

It is used for family trips. The lobby is clean, stylish, well-equipped, and the breakfast is delicious. It was a good stay. The staff were friendly and I was able to come back with a warm feeling.
A bit far from the city, but very quiet, with the coast in front, you can relax. There is a goat in the parking lot.

The facilities are a little old, but the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was much warmer than a business hotel in the city, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
I think the Eco Card system is good. I think it would be nice to have a system where you can pick up towels and other items at the front desk if you want them. I didn't use the bath mat or garbage bags on the second or third day.

It was a wonderful room!
The ocean was beautiful and the sunrise time was perfect😍
There were blue jays in the neighboring forest, and even though we only stayed for two days, we were able to enjoy them to the fullest.
Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious.
The air conditioning was hard to control, but we didn't really need it so it wasn't a problem!
