2ヶ月以上前に予約して、単身赴任中の妻と日程を合わせて一緒に行くのを楽しみにしていましたが、出発前夜に妻が発熱。そして当日朝、結局熱が下がらず、むしろ上がってしまったため、泣く泣く出発を断念しました。午前に病院で検査したところ、インフルエンザ陽性・5日間自宅待機の診断がおりました。 このような事情を受け、ホテルには当日早朝と診断がおりた直後の2度お電話しましたが、「当日キャンセルなのでキャンセル料100％となります。お客様の方でキャンセル手続きをお願いします」とのことでした。インフルエンザに罹患した場合、たとえば航空会社は診断書提出を条件にキャンセル料が発生しませんが、こちらのホテルは考慮して頂けないので共有させていただきます。 私たちは奄美大島にはまた行きますが、こちらのホテルには行きません。やはり何のサービスも受けていないのに今回の事情で宿泊料金を100％支払うことに強い抵抗があります。お電話でご対応くださったスタッフの対応自体は丁寧だっただけに残念です。ホテルはサービス業ですし、お客様に喜んで頂くためにあるものだと思うので、ホテルの都合を優先するばかりではなく、行きたくても行けないお客様の都合も考慮して頂けるようになることを期待しております。

倉崎海岸至近の素朴なリゾート。食事が美味しい。岬南側の湾でのシュノーケルがとても良かったです。シュノーケルセットは有料レンタル可能です。豪華さはないけれども、快適に過ごせます。
夕食のコースは当日14時までの受付だったので初日に予約できませんでしたが、アラカルトでも注文が出来たので助かりました。

星空観察会が楽しかった 説明の方は色々な質問にも的確に答えて下さり とても有意義な時間になりました 他のホテルにはないサービスでした レストランの食事も とてもボリュームがあり 味も美味しく 特にイタリアンがお得意の様で 大変美味しくいただきました・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・

奄美旅行で一泊利用させてもらいました！お部屋はとても綺麗でおしゃれ、スマホの充電設備もバッチリで使いやすいお部屋でした。部屋からのロケーションも最高です！夜ごはんも併設のレストランで食べましたがすごく美味しかったです。（伊勢海老のパスタ、地魚のワイン煮）21時から始まる星空観察会も奄美の星空を眺めながらたくさんの星に関するお話を聞けて大満足！！朝はホテルの下のビーチでお散歩しながら朝日を見ました。

ちょっとした岬の先端で周りは奇麗な海、素晴らしいロケーションです。もう少し大きいのかな？と思っていましたが、部屋数１４部屋とのこと。リゾートヴィラのような高級感はありませんが、スタッフの皆さんも明るく親切でとても良い思い出になりました。夕食時に喜寿のお祝いデザートを出して頂き家内も感激！ 焼酎の飲み比べにも挑戦しました。夕食は洋食を選びました。美味しかったですが、我々老人には量が多くて残してしまいました。せっかく作って頂いたのにすみませんでした。ランチの鶏飯もおいしいそうで、今度またぜひお邪魔したいです。

スタッフがフレンドリーで、快適でした。すぐそばに遠浅のビーチがあり、家族連れには最高ではないでしょうか？夜の星空観察、雲が出ていて一部しか星を見れませんでしたが、スタッフの方の一生懸命さが伝わってきます。次回はビーチでのんびり、というときに来たいと思います。ただ、室内のWiFiが少し弱かったのはちょっとだけ残念。
