It was an anniversary trip, and the service was so kind and heartfelt that I'm really glad I went.
The open-air bath in the room was also a hot spring, and the view was great and it felt great.
The food was excellent, as you'd expect from a hotel in an oyster producing region!

It was my first stay here in six months, but I was disappointed this time because my last impression was good. The dinner menu was limited and the taste was not so good, and the service was not smooth, probably because there were many part-time workers. There was no hot water coming out of the faucets in the underground bath and the room bath, so I had trouble washing my hair. When I checked with the front desk, I was told that the water heater was broken and that they were calling a repairman, but there was no prospect of repairing it. I wish they had explained the lack of hot water when I checked in. I am worried that the management is in a difficult position due to the quality of the food and the broken facilities.

I will never use ******* again.
Children were charged adult prices, and pets were not allowed.
It was good that the accommodation responded quickly, but the pool and jacuzzi had not been cleaned at all. There were stains on the floor and sheets in the room, and there were cockroaches.
It was also disappointing that the food buffet was the same every day even though we stayed for consecutive nights. There were too few staff members who could handle things properly. The front desk was mostly unmanned, and we had to go to the restaurant to look for staff. I don't think the staff are well trained.
