Looks like a new property. So room is in excellent condition. A good location, walkable to the town and restaurants, as we did. Would stay again for sure. Thanks.

Couch had a large stain on it. Dishwasher, kitchen equipment and nets/draps were dirty. Bed and parking was good. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Too many short cuts
It’s ok. Replaced basic ammenities, creamer instead of milk, appliances need a polish, payment for room was taken before even getting to the property… when pay at property was selected… thought I was going to do the transaction..

The property is visually dated. Although the hotel was not fully booked we were allocated wheelchair accessible room. Absolutely no vanity bench surface which meant the washing machine in the bathroom was the only surface space. The shower curtain was discoloured. There was coat hangers provided however no space below to hang items. There was fresh milk provided however it had been opened and was half full. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable however the duvet inner was badly stained.

I recently stayed at the hotel for four nights and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The bed was very uncomfortable due to broken springs and desperately needs replacement. Additionally, housekeeping only serviced the room three out of the four days, which was inconvenient.
The front desk staff on Saturday and Sunday were unfriendly—on two separate occasions, they did not respond when I greeted them. Customer service is a crucial part of any hotel stay, and this lack of basic courtesy was disappointing.
Due to these issues, I would not choose to stay here again.
