I always stays in armitage whn I travel to Tauranga, ths place nvr let me down.

Poor facility and service. Not recommended.

The hotel is in a good location👌quiet🤫comfortable😌. The hotel service staff are warm and friendly ✌️Eating🍽️Shopping🛍️is very convenient. Not too far from the attractions.

The location of the hotel is convenient and breakfast is also available.

Near the center of the city.

Cleanliness fine. Bathroom fans are a nuisance, can hear them from other rooms all through the night. Beds okay but a bit hard. Terrific chef, Mintu, produces yummy food. Could extend the menu though with more choices.

Only an over night stay, but everything about this property suited us perfectly. Close to city, comfortable bed and clean spacious room, plus good parking area.

Great location - walking distance to town - and easy access to main roads to Mount Maunganui, Hamilton and Auckland. Lovely breakfast, newly renovated rooms.

Older property but surprisingly the rooms have been done up very nicely. Pity the house bar closes so early. Would stay again

Convenient location to The Strand, quiet and peaceful. Rooms could be better equipped with cutlery and crockery. Also it was a bit basic with what was included with the room. Body lotion was the big miss!

The room is not sound proof. Every night was waking up by the noise from the road, next door, people banging the door. Not worth for the price. The breakfast is so bad. Undercooked baked bean and bacon is not crispy. The worst hotel ever in Tauranga .

Pros: excellent staff, super soft carpet, comfortable, very quiet area. Cons: far too bright in the room at night, was put in the only room without a balcony, the room had a very musty smell.
