City Suites

Excellent location, very tidy and clean. The smart TV is very big with rich channels. The heat pump works well, with a little bit odd smell when running. Overall speaking, a recommended place for traveller.

I would highly recommend not staying here, I’ve just been kicked out and left stranded in a city I’m not from because of this place. I was put in a situation I had to think smart about and in result of that this place has kicked me out, I was locked out of my room no key no phone, and no way to contact reception, I then thought fast, climbed up the balcony into my room as I felt that was the only option, it was 2am to keep in mind and I was scared. This place has kicked me out, wouldn’t refund or give my security deposit back and are telling my friend who wanted to ring and complain that I tried breaking security cameras, this never happened and they can never proof I did because it wasn’t done. She was Racial not me, I will be going the right way about this and keeping professional. Thank you for my first experience in Tauranga, how awful I will never be back. ☺️

had a great stay at City Suites Turanga. The location is perfect very close to the city, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a really comfortable place to stay. The staff were amazing friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention to Sam, who kindly allowed an early check-in and took great care to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, the place is neat, quiet, and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We rang two days before to organise an early check in. When we arrived at the agreed time, our room wasnt ready nor did reception know about the prior arrangment.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants shopping parks beach bars, room was spotless and nice large bathroom no complaints - there is a pool I don't use but it looks lovely and I like the rooms with outdoor courtyard - i think.its great value for money also very private

Great location in the heart of Tauranga. Clean room, very friendly staff and very peaceful too. Easy to check in and check out. You have both stairway and lift to use which is very convenient to all the guests. Underground parking available at no extra cost. Along the street parking also available which is also safe to use. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Will definitely go back to City Suites in the near future.

Very clean, great shower, small room but good enough, especially as we were just one night.

I have stayed here many times. Sam at the front desk is very nice and very helpful. The room is always clean. Also I can park my car safely undercover.
