The team are so friendly and responsive, I felt well looked after when I stayed. The property is also smart and well designed. It was easy for us to find our way around. The room was very comfortable, in particular there was fantastic water pressure!
The location is convenient near all the shops and walking distance to the bus station.
There is construction next door to the property and our room faced it so we didn't use the balcony, but I didn't find it disrupted our sleep.
It's our second stay and I'm sure not our last.

We are touring New Zealand’s North and South and this is an excellent hotel if you’re looking to go up the Mount.
It’s not silly money, it’s not far away from anything, the parking is great, safe and secure and the rooms are wonderful Harbour side.
We would stay again

A very spacious room and bathroom! Bags of storage space and a super comfortable bed. Well equipped with toaster, microwave etc. Nice touch to make the snacks in the room complimentary! Despite being next to building site the room was quiet and peaceful - although there occasional large trains rumbling over the bridge! Great spot for shopping/dining as it’s right in the centre of town but also next to walkway along the water front. Very good value indeed.
