It is located about 15 minutes walk from the main area of Tauranga.
The motel is located by a quiet cove.
There aren't many restaurants, so you might have trouble finding food, but if you go to Mount Manganui, you'll have plenty to choose from.
The staff were all very friendly and had nice smiles♪ The building itself seems old, but the inside was very clean, and the TV, kitchen, and shower room were also very clean.
It's easy to get to Mount Manganui, as it takes 6.7 minutes by car.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions, so that probably says it all! Lovely place, lovely caring staff that go above and beyond, spotlessly clean and comfortable, great quiet location, highly recommended. It's our home away from home.

Bronwyn and Kathie are excellent hosts at Harbour View and always take great care of us and our team from work when we stay there. The motel is in a quiet location and each room has it's own distinct layout all of which provide spaces for both work and rest. The motel is always spotlessly clean with little touches like freshly ground coffee available. Harbour View has been our regular motel in Tauranga over the past 10 years and we will look to continue to return to enjoy a great place to stay and excellent hospitality.

This motel unit we stayed in is very old, but having said that the cleanliness is immaculate. Unfortunately they are not sound proof because of their age. Owners were lovely people making you feel very welcome. The location is spot on for food and walking the water front .

Awesome hosts gave us great advice. The property was well cared for and very comfortable. Lots of space in the unit. This would be ideal for a long stay.
