I've been staying at Ocean Pointe since the early 90's and have always enjoyed my stay. I suggest opting for the 2 bedroom model for the master bedroom view of the ocean. The one bedroom units have the bedroom next to the entry door and exterior walkway - the extra money will be rewarded with the view from your bedroom. The resort is convenient to some of the best restaurants in the Upper and Middle Keys as well as Robbie's Mariana and other tourist stops. Even when our destination was Key West we first stop for the night at Ocean Pointe so as to start fresh in the morning to continue our drive south at a relaxed pace. This trip was strictly for relaxation at the resort and it fit the bill perfectly.

Perfect place at the keys. Big rooms, fully equipped kitchen. They have everything we need, no need to bring anything only food. Will keep stying in here at least once a year.

Check in was quite complicated. It must be done 1 mile away from the building. No housekeeping. You must do your beds and clean the towels.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our family of five!!!! This was not just an efficiency, but a full two bedroom apartment that was part of a lovely set of condos. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The beds were SO comfortable my daughter said her bed felt like being wrapped in a hug. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our fourth floor apartment. The kids loved the large heated pool and enjoyed splashing around at the beach area. We definitely would like to return!!

Rented through VBRO, will not return. 4th floor rental and elevator stopped and started with communication button beeping and flashing constantly. (fear stuck in elevator not on bucket list) CAT INFESTED and SMELL was horrible! The screaming CATS at night was like someone partying. Could not BBQ or sit and enjoy outdoors without those cats coming up to you. Pool was clean, Big high pressure hose creating waterfall in the deep end of the pool was ok. Beach, Pier and Marina was not usable. Ice Machine was broken. It was a hike from flat would of had to drive as the CAT INFESTED area was the travel path. The place over the years is run down and yes I have stayed here several times over the years. I will not stay again.

The property itself was very nice. Great view of the water, private beach, great pool and tennis area.
The unit itself that we stayed in was ok, but the kitchen, and appliances were in bad shape. It seriously needs an overhaul. Front patio door was in tough shape and the door itself needs to be replaced. I don’t think anybody has done work on this place since it was built. Kitchen supplies were in rough shape as well. One of the frypans handle was broken and made the pan useless. The glassware was a joke and there are NO cooking supplies. I hope the owner takes some responsibility and fixes the unit up. #5313

When we got there, the place was not equipped with bedding for 6 people as per our reservation, but no more than 15 minutes after I called the costumer service to request for pillows and blanket they were sent to the room. My family and I really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Everything in the apartment was clean and was in good condition.
