We used it for use. There is a free parking lot on the premises. The front desk was working alone with a Southeast Asian woman, whether it was a shortage of people recently. The room is a Japanese style western room. The TV is small. The bed feels hard with springs. The public bath seems to be not a hot spring. There was charcoal. Breakfast is not like Otawara, and it is an ordinary Viking. There were many types.

Stayed on a tour. I knew it, but there are lots of facilities that small children would be happy with. I felt a little out of place because it was a tour with only adults, but I was satisfied with the hotel itself as a full-fledged resort hotel. The view from the room was wonderful, and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the top floor was delicious. You can choose the size of the yukata, but it would have been better if there was a dotera to wear on top.

We used １ nights at work. It was a night stay, but we added breakfast because there is nothing around. The room was a plan to leave, but it was a room with ４ floor twin (non-smoking). (good point) The cherry blossom room was large and there was no high building around, so the view was good such as Nasu Dake. cherry blossom hot springs are put in for free. There are sauna and water baths. We also used sports clubs and pools with additional fees. There were few users and we were able to use them comfortably. The water in the pool was very beautiful. The muscle trema machine was a little small, but there was a minimum. The response of the front desk was good. The room was a plan to leave, but I would like to evaluate that I was able to hear hope about non-smoking. It was outside the cherry blossom building but there was also a coin laundry. (bad point) The cherry blossom building was a bit old and the whole building smelled of old buildings. Some people may not be good. The restaurant seems to be not open unless you make a reservation in advance, and you had to eat outside at night. I wanted to inform you in advance by HP etc. I think the expression that the sports club has a hotel function is correct, not the sports club is attached to the hotel.

I stayed for one night and two days with my family (5 adults and 2 children (grandchildren)). The purpose of this time is to celebrate my mother-in-law's 88th birthday and show my grandchildren SL Taiki. As soon as we arrived at the ryokan, there was a service for women to choose from several types of yukata. This was a great service for women. Children's yukata were also prepared for grandchildren. My mother-in-law had a gift of bath salts. I entered the room and was able to see the Kinugawa River. I took a bath in the indoor bath, but there are several types of baths, and a ladder is available. The food was plentiful and satisfying for both dinner and breakfast. Employees were bright and responsive. Overall, I was very satisfied. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

このたび塩原温泉を始めて利用させていただきました。 日帰りで利用したことはありましたが宿泊するのは松屋さんが初めてでした。 宿に到着するなりスタッフさんがダッシュで駆けつけてくれ車の移動をしてくださいました。車内が汚かったのでちょっぴり恥ずかしかったです。 旅館は4階建てでフロントがあるのは2階。てっきり1階だと思っていたのですが温泉旅館に多い1階は大浴場という構造になっています。 ラウンジでは無料でコーヒーなどをいただくことができます。 深めのソファーに腰を鎮めると気持ちよさに思わず眠ってしまいそうでした。 夕食は個室でいただくスタイル（朝食も）。 とにかく量が多くお品書きをみながら口にする幸せ。メニュー表記載の温泉地ビールを飲みたかったのですが現在扱っていないみたいで残念でした。 温泉は大浴場と露天があります。 今回はお風呂付の部屋ではなかったのでこの2つのお風呂のみの利用となりました。 温泉につかっていると目に入った謎の吊り橋。 後から知ったのですがその先には岩風呂と呼ばれるお風呂があったらしいのですが一昨年前の大雨で付近の岩が落石の危険性があることから利用できなくなったようです。露天風呂もいいのですがさらに自然を間近に感じられる野性味あふれる岩風呂利用したかっただけにかなり残念です。早く再開できることを祈っております。 最後に朝食についてきたフルーツのデザートですがフォークが無かったのでお箸でいただきました。箸だと食べづらいのと他の食材の香りが移ってしまうのでフォークなどを用意してくださると嬉しいです。 また利用するかと思いますがその際はよろしくお願いします。

Booked this hotel for a stay in Mid November and after getting off of train we caught the bus here a little after sundown. The autumn leaves are really outstanding-almost every picture is a gorgeous post card. Bus driver asked where we are headed to and told him ”Kinugawa Onsen Hotel” . Took around 10 min to arrive and we were dropped off in front of hotel parking lot. Waited in a short line to check in and front desk service referred us to ”HITOMI” her name on tag in hiragana characters. She whipped up 2 page map with room information, pertaining elevator diagram and hotel keys. Make sure to pay careful instructions about onsen and buffet times- free soft serve ice cream and snacks until 6pm in lobby/ free drinks, coffee, tea until 10pm. FYI- best soft serve in Japan Hokkaido milk...yummy!!! 5 golden stars to HITOMI- top notch and friendly service. She urged us to be aware of emergency exits on our floor. While you are dining they will bring out futons so when you return- soft futons are waiting for you! The room is a traditional tatami mat with table and cushions. It is welcoming with snacks, complementary bottled water and a hot tea station. Room safe in closet also included were yukata robes for him and her. Ugh, wonderful amenities, tooth brush, a few toiletries -worry free stay. After visiting the onsen - kind of stressful for a foreigner like me. Not used to being naked with other ladies but in reality I was invisible- no shame at all. We headed down to the all you can eat dinner. We had 90 min-more than enough time to eat from 7:30 to 9pm. The spread was adequate with dishes from Japan and a few we recognized. Tempura made to order, musubi bar, gelato station, bakery section, fruit bar, local dishes and drink machine both hot or cold more-more- more- too much to mention. Looked at all the diners like ravenous sharks. Lots of help staff taking away empty plates, chefs assistants re-filling the empty vessels with more foods. Orderly chaos in front of me and loving every succulent moment. I felt like Templeton in the Charlot's Web movie. Burp* UGH, rubbing my full belly and going for seconds and thirds. Repeating ” ah, ill have a year to diet” until we come back again. Super glad we upgraded to the all you can at buffet. Coming again in the morning-they open at 7am for breakfast. It ended up being a repeat but with Japanese breakfast foods too. We did an early checkout at 8am and paid our $2 onsen tax. They were nice enough to let us stay in the room until 10am if we promised to bring back both keys at that time- no issues there. First bus back to the train station arrives a little after 10 am and Hitomi came out to ask us to wait in lobby. Lobby had comfy seats and was warmer than outside. I stayed with my family in December 2021. I liked it too much after a long time, so I repeated my reservation in March. ■ Meals The meals can be selected as ”buffet style”, ”half private room dining room” and ”room meal”, but definitely ”buffet style” is recommended. I thought it would be a pretty delicious part compared to the live kitchen, the freshly fried tenkara and the buffet of the common hotel. This level is not too much to say the same class as the ”hanari” of Lake Hakone, ashinoko. The vegetables that tend to be pulled out of this hand are delicious and exciting. In addition, for families with small children, there is a half-private room zashiki in the buffet venue, and there is a child menu in ”１ lower position than adults” so that small children can take it by themselves Anyway, I was impressed that I was worried about １ rank ２ rank compared to the hotel in the same price range. Then the buffet alcohol was rich in variety and was free to drink at + 1,500 yen. When I chose a little early 17 o'clock, please eat at night. First of all, it is important whether it is for Nishi Nasuno Station. There is nothing around at all. There seems to be a convenience store in front of the hotel, but it was not available at 23:00 and I went to the family for about 15 minutes on foot. There seems to be a convenience store on the opposite ticket gate. The hotel room is retro, badly, dirty and smelly. It was a smoking room, so there was a smell. There was a caricature lending and coffee service. Breakfast was curry. There were other bread and side dishes. Cospa is good if you only stay, but couples will be hard to use. The bed was a big size.

We stayed in a standard family room. The overall interior was very clean and stylish, especially the spacious bath and washroom! The artificial hot springs also had a real hot spring feel with their smell and texture. The terrace deck was also a space that didn't feel cramped even when 6 adults had a BBQ. Also, the projector in the bedroom looked great and I was very satisfied! Is the Wi-Fi a little slow? Also, the futons are dime-sized and not for one person at a time, and if you live in a room on the first floor, some people may be concerned about footsteps coming from the second floor. That's why I gave it a 4 for the service and facilities. Personally, I really liked it and would like to come again!
