If you are not going to have daily room service available it would have been nice to know on day one. I was told it was in the agreement when checking in but was not informed until 3 days later there a sign on the front desk of no service and come to the front desk for necessities.

I CANNOT TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPEIENCE AT BAY INN IN EAST TAWAS BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION PRIOR TO THE CUT OFF DATE. YOU HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RESPOND TO MY INQURES AS TO WHY YOU TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

Traveling with two dogs. Room had no carpet, yeah!
Extremely clean. Not a space of dust or dirt. Plowed area for pups. Check in was pleasant. Older hotel but rooms updated with flooring, desk, table, microwave, and fridge. Very comfortable and spacious for the price.

They have heated floors in their rooms, which is something that most motels dont have. I most definitely will be coming back
