El pasado sábado 20 de Abril tuvimos, la gran oportunidad de asistir a un menú de degustación 5J. Para nosotros que este hotel haya vuelto a realizar este tipo de eventos , nos aporta muchísimo, ya que no hay en la isla de La Palma un lugar tan emblemático, acogedor y sublime como este. Y que decir de su cocina... una gastronomía con una elaboración cuidada, mimada y detallada por Jose, llegan al cliente con un paladar exigente. Sus trabajadores , agradables y cercanos. Hacen que merezca la pena siempre visitarlos y disfrutar de estas tres grandes cualidades que dispone dicho Hotel. Lo pasamos muy bien y sabemos que este tipo de eventos siempre sumará al Hotel y al cliente que lo visita, porque nunca defraudan.

Precioso hotel, muy tranquilo y cuidado al detalle, desde la decoración, las habitaciones, la piscina y los jardines hasta el personal, siempre amable, discreto y pendiente. También estupenda la calidad del desayuno y el entorno de plataneras. Para volver muchas veces.

Einzigartig die Unterkunft in Musealer Umgebung, hervorragende Küche, sehr freundliches Personal. Kleine Kritik:die musealen Betten beeinflussen den Schlaf durch nicht mehr bekannte Geräusche und die Fenster sollten auch mit traditioneller Technik zu öffnen sein. Diese Kleinigkeiten beeinflussen das Gesamtergebnis aber nicht: absolut zu empfehlen!
