We had a great ski holiday for a very good hotel.We had a very good memories elegent kitchen especily Turkish cousin.İ have to thanks very special hospitality Mr.Hakan for evetything.Probably best ski hotel in Turkey.I hope we will be there next year

Pistler ve yemek kalitesi gerçekten mükemmeldi. Hizmet ve ilgi olarak ise misafir ilişkilerinde Hakan Bey'den oldukça memnun kaldık. Gerçekten oteli çok iyi temsil eden bir misafir ilişkileri var. Her sene olduğu gibi seneye de bu oteli tercih edeceğim.

Evimizden alinip otele getirildigimiz andan, check in islemleri esnasinda kalabalik bir gruba ragmen neredeyse hic beklemeden hizlica islemlerimizi yapip bize odamiza kadar eslik eden, titiz ve ozverili destegi sayesinde haftasonu tatilimizden keyif almamizi saglayan konaklama asistanimiz Hakan Gosterici’ye cok tesekkur ederiz. Palazzo otel bolgedeki diger otellere kiyasla daha guncel bir mimari ve hizmet anlayisina sahip oldugu icin de tercihimiz. Ozellikle Palazzo Lounge dj’leri ve playlistleri sahane. Tek olumsuz yorum Serafina’da tas firin olmamasina. Serafina tas firinsiz bu lounge’da olmayi nasil kabul etmis onu da ben anlamiyorum. Superfresh gibi pizzalar ve Serafina standartlarina asla yakismisyor. Onun disinda room service yemekleri muthisti. Palazzo Lounge’da da Yada Sushi ya da Develi tercih etmekte fayda var. Happy Hour’larin tadini cikartmayi da unutmayin.
