Swissôtel Tbilisi

The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfasts are wonderful, and there's a fantastic pool with saunas, but it lacks its own parking.

Choosing Swissôtel among the many five-star hotels in Tbilisi was the best decision I made on this trip. Every detail met five-star standards, and I absolutely loved the minimalist yet stylish wooden decor in the rooms. My girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday, and I had emailed the hotel in advance with our request. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday surprise and helped us reserve a fantastic table for two with an amazing view at the rooftop Atmosphere bar. A big thank you to the front desk team for their professional and meticulous service, which helped us create a beautiful and unforgettable evening.

This hotel is so cozy! Personally, when I stay at a hotel, I value shower water pressure and the ease of temperature control, and the shower here is truly legendary. The water pressure is just right, not too strong to be uncomfortable, and the temperature control works perfectly, so I had a refreshing shower every day! Another highlight of this hotel is that the toilet and shower are separate, which I personally loved. The bed had a plush yet supportive mattress, and although the room itself wasn't very large, it was spotlessly clean in every corner, and I had a wonderful stay.

Amazing spa area and breakfast! Cozy room with various lighting moods and high-quality finishes. Delicious coffee, but there was no electric kettle in the room; I had to heat water through the coffee machine. They gave us a second-floor room with no view and offered an upgrade for $30, which they could have offered as a complimentary upgrade.

Excellent hotel, I loved everything about it. The rooms were clean and tidy, everything was new and worked perfectly. Special thanks to the restaurant staff; the daily breakfasts were superb! There was a great variety of dishes, including champagne, pastries, and fruits. Plus, the view from the terrace was wonderful.

A wonderful and very comfortable hotel. No communication problems, they speak Russian and are ready to help with any issue you might have. Very varied breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel, a solid 5+.
