The room was tiny with very basic amenities, and it wasn't cheap. The location is excellent, right next to the airport, just a five-minute walk. However, there's no service and nothing else appealing about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Exiting the airport, head left for about 100 meters. It was quite windy at night, but it wasn't too far. The room was small, but each elevator lobby had a water dispenser for drinking. The room was clean.

Stayed for couple of nights. Takes 30 mins to old town Tbilisi. Walkable distance to the airport. Clean and Comfortable rooms.

Excellent (and provably the only one) option if you have a layover in TBS. Walking distance from the airport, friendly and welcoming staff, 24/7 restaurant.
Clean rooms, access to fresh water, hygienic shower in the toilet.
Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about. You could ask for a custom omelette, though, that’s always nice.
Overall, it was a positive experience, even if at a slightly higher price that you’d get in the city.

My experience was okay, but my friend had an awful experience.
Their bed was broken (all slats snapped). Two calls and 40 minutes later, they were told they could only move room if they booked/paid for a new room (despite the room I paid for not having a bed). Finally they came to the visit the room, but after starting at the bed for 30 seconds decided it was unfixable, and they still wouldn’t relocate for free. They never once offered a refund, or a voucher. Only once he called reception to explain that I would now have to sleep on the floor (and would put that in a review) did they agree to offer him a different room for free, although they warned the new room was only half-built, so had no curtains. They didn’t offer to carry the bags: they didn’t offer a refund; they didn’t offer a breakfast voucher. Just awful.

Very disappointing hotel. They entered in my room despite it says do not bother. Food was disgusting and i have to pay 40 gel which no other variety of food. Toilet downstairs so dirty so dark. Water is so hard to request
