The location is undesirable as there's not much fun in the area. Not easily accessible, no proper pedestrian to the supermarket on the left hand side. In the front of the hotel is a always busy road with tonnes of car day and night. The room itself is very clean and functional. I had a good rest. Staff is the best thing here, nice helpful and patient. Breakfast with variety and good.

Stayed for a night, rooms are neat and spacious. Has a boutique hotel vibe, but in a good way.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast was good, with reasonable amount of options and drinks and they are open for almost all the morning.

The hotel room is clean that house keeping service is provided everything. It’s very spacious with cozy beds. The hotel breakfast is wonderful with various choices and most of them are Georgian dishes.
The location is good with 8 minutes walk can arrive at main streets. Will come back for sure if I visit Georgian again.

It does not deserve a 5 star rating. Maximum 3 stars. The cleanliness of the furniture in general (bed and the room floor ) are not up to 5 star standards. The breakfast is satisfactory at most.
