Our stay at the holiday inn for 4 days was super awesome. Firstly the location was amazing, food was really good, I really loved the fruits they served for breakfast. Our special thanks to Luca & Nitalae for their help & support during our stay at Holiday inn

Great hotel that is very conveniently located near the metro and bus stop. Plus all the tours leave daily from near the metro so it was so efficient for us.

Was given a level 1 room facing the main road. It was a little noisy at night due to traffic but still bearable. Breakfast was good. Nice rooms, clean and happy with stay.

This hotel is perfectly located just next to the Metro station Avlabari, a district of Old Tbilisi. A modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very helpful, friendly, and professional personnel at reception. Breakfasts were nice.

What makes our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality coming from receptionist Luka! His hospitality and service talent is top notch! We were warmly greeted by him and were taken care of him very well. He continuously asked how we were and what he can better assist us. Thank you Luka, thanks to you, we will stay Holiday Inn next time.

I was wonderfully surprised by the excellent service we received, especially in the dining room. The food was great, the hospitality team were friendly and smiling and like a well oiled machine. Reading their welcome brochure on arrival gave me the impression that the GM is asking her guests to test them, and in our stay there, I discovered that she is not just promising excellence, she’s got her team behind her doing a great job.
It’s also in a fabulous location, in easy walking distance from many of the famous Tbilisi sites. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good .
But comparing with others , one staff in the reception desk named Nati (hope it’s her) seems could be more professional and need more training .
She doubted my IHG member , and refused to offer more bottle of water to us . It’s hot summer , and our rooms faced the sun, so maybe hotel could concern more about that .
