ראו הוזהרתם!!! לא להתקרב למלון המקום נירא מאוד מפוקפק והחדרים מלוכלכים עם ריח של עובש. השירות היה על הפנים המארחת צעקה עלינו בגלל שאנחנו ישראלים הם אנטישמים והתנהגו אלינו בצורה מאוד לא יפה. במקום לתת לנו את הצ'ק אין ב14:00 הביאו רק ב19:30 בערב ויום למחרת ביקשו שנפנה את החדר כי מישהו אחר הזמין אותו. החדרים שבקומת הקרקע זוועתיים ביותר. ראו הוזהרתם המלון פח זבל והמארחים עוד יותר. חשוב לציין שכשבאנו בעל המלון לחץ עלינו קודם לשלם לפני שהראה את החדר. ציינתי שאשלם אחר כך הוא אמר שלא יתן את החדר אם לא נשלם, דרש שנשלם במזומן סירבנו ושילמנו באשראי. כשראינו שמעקבים את החדר שלנו ביקשנו לבטל ולחפש מקום אחר הם ציינו שאי אפשר לקבל החזר כספי. יום למסורת עזבנו את המלון וביקשנו שיתנו החזר על הימים שלא ניהיה במלון אבל בעל המקום סירב בצורה מאוד לא יפה. you have been warned!!! I had amazing and memorable experiences. I stayed this Hotel for 14 Nights, The Hotel is very accessible to all destinations, this Hotel is located in the center of the city. The staff are very friendly and hospitality. it is so accumulating to their guests. My room is very clean and they have daily housekeeping. It's a recommendable hotel.

This hotel has an excellent location. Everything is very close: stores, subway, restaurants. The staff is very lovely, friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would recommend is to upgrade the bathrooms and make sure all the electronics work well in the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel from June 3 to June 8, with the goal of seeing Tbilisi. The location of the hotel is excellent, I can’t think of anything better. You leave the hotel courtyard and you are already on Rustaveli. Everything is nearby, including cafes, restaurants, excursions if you want to see the most popular places. And it’s convenient to get to any point. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very simple, but there is something to eat in the morning. The room is very spacious for such a small hotel, I expected less. Bottom line - I definitely recommend it!

Самый ужасный отель в Тбилиси! Если коротоко - полная антисанитария! В комнатах специально распрыскивают духи, чтобы перекрыть запах затхлости, плесени и убожества. В ковролине полно блох! В ванной вездеЧЁРНЫЙ ГРИБ! У них не кухня - а сортир! Если хотите разочарований - вам сюда!

Постараюсь просто описать плюсы и минусы отеля, надеюсь, будет полезно Плюсы: +расположение (это центр, но при этом тихий дворик) +приветливый персонал +парковка(она как бы есть, но местные жители крайне не довольны тем, что посетители отеля ставят свои машины к ним во двор(где и находится отель), о чем периодически резко высказываются, к этому нужно быть готовым) Минусы: - просто дикая слышимость. Сосед через стенку смотрел телевизор до 3х ночи, все это время мы не спали, разговор было слышно так, будто человек сидит с вами в комнате - сантехника в номере. Унитаз еле смывает, в раковине по факту отсутствует горячая вода, душ течет, брызгает в разные стороны, чтобы помыться приходилось изловчиться - мы были в октябре, в это время по утрам довольно холодно, периодически идут дожди, несмотря на это завтрак подают на свежем воздухе, есть столики, которые стоят на веранде 4*4м(их 3, поэтому при нормальной загруженности отеля точно будут трудности). Сам шведский стол накрывают как раз на веранде, все выносят на тарелках, веранда не отапливается, соответственно если вы пришли не к моменту подачи, придется есть уже все остывшим или просить подогреть. Из еды : яйца вареные , жареные, салаты, сосиски, все для бутербродов, каш нет. Большая часть блюд, что пробовали, была пересоленной - мы приехали уже ближе к вечеру, но к нашему приезду номер не был готов. Полотенец не было ни одного, наборы (гель, шампунь, щетка) были по одному(номер на двоих),в наборах особой нужды не было, за полотенцами пришлось пойти самостоятельно

Все очень понравилось!!! Центр города, есть ресторан при гостинице, очень вкусный!❤️ Персонал, руководство очень отзывчивые и заботливые! Сервис 100/100, номера очень чистые, большие. Вернемся обязательно, будем всем советовать!!! В номере не было чайника (хотя он есть в каждом номере), пока они разбирались мы вышли гулять, а когда пришли нашли вот это 😍😍😍! просто любовь! всем спасибо еще раз!! ни в одной просьбе никто не отказал!!❤️
