Inaccurate check-in time stated in the listing. The stated time is 10am, but they allowed only 2pm. Honestly, the reason I chose this hotel is because of checkin time, but it turned out to be fake. I arrived at 3am and asked if I can pay to have earlier check-in thinking 3am to 10am wont be too much since im willing to pay. Otherwise, i can sit at the sofa and wait till 10am. But I was told only 2pm is allowed to check in. Ended up I had to book one extra day at full price. And the service is not very friendly. The next day I had to check out at 12pm and waited long time before check-in. The service is not friendly too.

Hotel Magnolia in Tbilisi is in a fantastic spot – it's centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. You can walk to nearby attractions, and there are shops and restaurants around. The rooms are nice, breakfast is yummy, and the staff at the reception is really friendly. It offers fantastic value for money, and the prices are reasonable. That night, the male receptionist of the hotel tried to open my door with a key, but he gave us a room card instead of a key. I could tell that he was from the hotel. I shouted, "What do you mean?" Then, a male voice said a few words I couldn't understand, stood at the door for a while and left. I went to check the next day and found that the door lock had been opened. I don't know what would have happened if someone had broken in that day... I was a girl alone... The hotel didn't give me an explanation, and the receptionist disappeared the next day... He was replaced by someone else. It is not recommended to stay here alone, it is very dangerous...

The hotel is clean and the service is good. We had a problem with delayed luggage from the airline. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff helped us contact them until we got our luggage back. Really great.

The hotel rooms are already worn and not fresh, but there is everything you need. If you are ready to put up with such nuances and choose a place to spend the night, then this is just right. The reception staff is responsive, they treated us to wine. The hotel is located next to the old streets and the ski lift to the mountain. That is, cafes are nearby, parks too. Shops are 5 minutes away. The hotel is on a hill, you will have to walk uphill. These are trifles. I recommend it.

The accommodation we visited during our meaningful family trip was the worst. It was small and provided a double bed for 3 adults and a single bed for children. When I woke up, there were artificial eyebrows and gum stuck to the head of the bed, and bobby pins were rolling around on the mat. The cleaning condition was so bad. Water bottles were sold for a fee along with other beverages, and if you were thirsty, you were told to drink tap water. Requests for blankets were ignored, and the manager was rude, speaking English only and not listening to customer requests with a proper attitude. When I took a picture, the person tried to hit me and threatened me. I already paid in full for two nights, but I had the worst night and only stayed one night.
