This Ibis hotel was excellent, as were many of the other Ibis hotels I've stayed in. I chose a standard room with a double bed, and I was given room 314. The view from the window was of the back yard, which wasn't particularly beautiful, but it was free from tourist crowds and noise. The breakfasts were standard European, with a wide selection of food, fresh juices, tea, and coffee. They were delicious. The room itself had minor imperfections, such as scratches on the walls, but I didn't consider them a significant issue. Room service was available daily. Thank you to the service team for the pleasant surprise.

Excellent location within 1 min from Liberty Square. My room is suite with balcony on top floor, great views. Very spacious, clean. Love it so much. But breakfast buffet disappointing, limited choice and not delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located near Freedom Square, and it's easy to get there from the airport by bus. The front desk service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was also good. It's definitely worth staying again!

I stayed at Ibis Styles Tbilisi City Center and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and just a short walk from the airport bus stop. I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience at the reception.
On January 8th in the afternoon, I was assisted by a male receptionist. Unfortunately, I felt that his facial expression was unfriendly, and his manner of speaking seemed impatient and dismissive. I am not aware of having done anything wrong, which made the situation uncomfortable for me.
I believe that front desk staff play an important role in creating a positive first impression for guests. Therefore, I sincerely hope that the service attitude, especially in terms of friendliness and willingness to assist, can be improved.

The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's very close to Liberty Square, so transportation is convenient. They don't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor. The room is a bit small, making it difficult to fully open luggage. Overall, it's pretty good.

Needs to improve on the breakfast. Room size was good, rooms were bright n cheery, location was great, check-in staff and room cleaning service staff were polite and professional, room cleaning was good too. What stood out most was the free flow coffee, tea and the cookies 24-7 and a very huge area in the lobby to sit around n enjoy the afternoon or night!
