One of the top places ive stayed, very clean and modern concept with all the amenities that you need, the communication from the hotel was exceptional and very clear. The oweners even go the extra mile with little treats left in the room aswell as there own magazine that was beautifully curated with local information for food and bars and the orgin story of the hotel. I would definitely book to stay again

Amazing stay! We stayed (group of 3 friends) in a two bedroom apartment at The Cobbler during a mid-week trip to see a show in Wellington. Loved the cool old building, it’s history and how well it has been renovated. So central to great cafes and restaurants. Quick and easy booking and communication and loved the local treats and touches. Highly recommended.

A great location and very comfortable beds. Some lovely touches including Noble and Sunday teas and bathroom products. Stayed on level 3 and next door was my daughter in the 2 bedroom also a great space lovely living area perfect for wedding pics.

Das Hotel ist nett umgebaut. Aber: ES IST EXTREM LAUT - Welcome to the real Nightlife in Wellington. Das war extrem schade.
Das Hotel liegt an einer schmalen Sackgasse. Das Auto kann man weder parkieren noch wenden (alles war mit anderen Autos verstopft). Die Gasse wird auch als Toilette verwendet. Es stinkt fürchterlich! Ich würde nie wieder hier übernachten.

The hotel is essentially automated in that no hotel personnel are onsite. The snacks were a nice touch. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The location is a very brief walk to the many restaurants of Cuba Street. We recommend eating at Mr. Go (practically underneath The Cobbler).

Fantastic location, beautifully presented and a pleasure to stay there. The fittings and furnishings are simple yet stylish. The rooms are great, the bed is very comfortable and that bathroom is just perfect. It’s honestly hard to find anything negative to say about this excellent find. Thank you so much
