Noisy majority of the day from the construction across the road and the irritating fake homeless causing problems for passer-by’s. Road works done at night too from 7pm till 2-3am. Other than that I’d say it would be a nice little area, all staff were amazing.

The location is great! The hotel is outdated, there was construction during out stay. The night club in the alley is loud at night. It not great if you are on the first or any lower floor. If all the window is close then it is not so bad. We stay one night on the first floor and we get upgrade to the 15 floor for the second night and the view of the city and ocean is nice.
