Because I received a notice from Ctrip that day, the hotel was under renovation, so I arranged to stay in the townhouse next door. The location is good. It's just a few steps away from the city center. I hope to try this hotel next time I go.

The accommodation was really spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was good, it was central so we could walk everywhere. Unfortunately the noise from the bars below was unbearable and continued until 2:30am, which was a real shame.

We were a group of four staying in a two-bedroom apar**ent. The village doesn't have a reception but checking in was very easy. The apar**ent is clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is ideal for both city centre and the airport. The downside is that the decor is a bit dated and not too cheerful and the building itself need redecorating. Not many utencils provided if you plan to cook something, but we were told that you can request what you need. overall, it was a good experience and we will stay there again.

Very loud business near by on a Friday night. Late night karaoke. Actual facility's were awesome just want people to know area can get loud.

This place is good as it is close to the city but come night time when you are trying to sleep, forget it .... People coming & going from the eateries in the same area are noisy & also people walking by on the street. So either take your ear plugs or stay elsewhere.

Very convenient as it was walking distance from our appoin**ent and shops restaurants were also walking distance. Quiet area. Doors leading to outside courtyard might need some attention including handles. Overall tidy and equipped with essentials. Thank you!

Pros: great location, can walk to everything you need. Food, shops, attractions etc. Beds were super comfy, all rooms were really large and came with fans to fight off the summer heat (and heaters for winter). Great space for staying with friends, we all had a lovely time. Cons: place is very tired looking, needs a good clean and upkeep. Very noisy at night but that is just Wellington for you. Area does attract rough crowds, we witnessed someone smashing the restaurant windows one night. Bigger bins would be appreciated as they don't clean your room for 7 days. No AC in any of the apar**ent. Thankfully we only came back to sleep and watch movies at night, so it wasn't a deal breaker.
