Very quiet place. Big hotel lobby very spacious and sofa seats there too. Room is clean and spacious. Nice bathroom and also provide shower gel, shampoo, soap and dental kits such as toothbrush & toothpaste. They also provide coffee, tea and kettle. Also got bottled water and cups. Hair dryer provided and it’s in the bathroom too. Got a wardrobe to put clothes and safe box. Also got small fridge. Tv got many channels and also SG channels like channel 5, 8, Suria, vanasthum and channel U. Bath towels provided. There’s also swimming pool and hot spa pools. Only 16yrs and above can enter the spa.

Quite awesome stays, thanks for the lovely pool and hearty breakfast. Hotel is new but I would skip the breakfast entirely for a better find elsewhere

I stayed for one night and found the hotel comfortable. The food was okay, nothing spectacular but satisfactory. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will come back again.

We loved the room, clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Overall we had a pleasant stay! Will definitely return for the stay without bfast next time. Only disappointed with the bfast buffet, crowded, cramped seating space, limited choices of food and drink items, plus quality of the food could be improved. Cut fruits served were soggy and bland.

Good value for money, but location is a little out of the way from shopping malls like KSL and City Square, nearer to Aeon Tebrau

Hotel maintain very well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Not far from hotel, there is MCD and many shop that easy to find food.

quite a good place to stay, but car park security no good. But overall experience still nice to our family.

Been here several times and always enjoy location and nice rooms. The rooms were spacious and we had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast.

Check in is fast, the lady is trying her best to make things smooth and fast Bed sheet is clean, bed is comfortable, only local tv channel available. Hair dryer is really hot! Air corn is cold enough, floor is clean! Take not, no slipper provided. They can keep your luggage even after checkout, just need to fill in some details. Bad things: You can hear the vacuum/hair dryer sound from beside, morning a bit annoying. The bathroom I guess is old, maybe need to renovate a bit ah, got the “old water” smells, also and can see some walls a bit crack.

My 2nd booking, staying 18 floor near lift. This time round the toilet cleanliness need to improve , The washing basin is choke, water flowing very slow! Hope they resolve the issue. Customer Service is normal.

Great value to stay in! 10mins away from Mount Austin. Newly renovated, clean and many parkings! Will be back.
