Services: 4/5 The buffet offered a decent variety and quantity, including three types of fruit: guava, orange, and watermelon. However, there wasn’t much staff around, with only front desk and buffet staff present. We helped ourselves to towels before going to the spa, and umbrellas were also available. Amenities: 5/5 I loved the spa; it felt unique compared to other hotels. Though it looks a bit old, unlike reviews I’ve read online claiming the hot spring was cold, there was indeed a hot spring available. There is actually one hot spring and two cold ones, and with separate areas for men and women, we felt safe. Cleanliness: 3/5 This was the downside of our stay. While the room appeared neat and tidy at first, the floor was dusty, with dust collecting in the corners around the room. The mirrors were also stained. Location: 3/5 The hotel isn’t close to any establishments, so we needed to use Grab to get anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience, and we might still return if we’re in the mood for a relaxing hot spring visit.

The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was nice also. We enjoyed the stay here and the hot spring facilities.

The hotel was peaceful, luxurious, and vibrant. The decor and ambiance were modern and elegant. The surrounding environment was serene.

the room is so nice but the breakfast is not so good feel like eating in school canteen. but the receptionist is very good also the location is far a bit from the city

The room is clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the stay, but not that near to shopping malls or restaurants, need to take GRAB.

No complains but no compliments either… what you need is there, what you don’t need won’t be there. Quite good for the price in my opinion. Free parking indoor

Location is a but far out from other attractions but in general, a good place to stay and nice scenery!

Got myself room 20-21 and for the pricr i paid, it is really super worth it. Breakfast is good too. Location is not in the town area but its 20mins away with grab. Really reccomend the hotel for its easy access.

Smooth check in, surrounding is quiet Room is clean with all the basic necessities available

Easy and fast check in. Able to see Singapore channels and aircon is cold. Room is clean and the lobby is nice. Morning buffet breakfast still consider good. Location to other places is out of way. Need to order cab. If hotel can provide free check out service transport back ti checkpoint at 12:30pm will be good as the grab is expensive than usual.

Wise price for unplanned trip with my husband. Breakfast was good even limited choice. Hot spring separated for women and men (but no people 😂) the hotel near their apartment. Breakfast at different building. Quite difficult if rainy day.

Our always go to choice of hotel!! Brakfats is great for the price . Easy and smooth check in and check out !
