I just stay there 24-26 March.
Room: I booked Deluxe room with 2 king beds and the room was spacious. I like the bathroom too, clean and nice. No shampoo/conditioner was given, they only provide those all-in-one shampoo+body wash.
Location: great! Near massage parlours and eateries ranging from cafes to locals, japanese, chinese, hotpots, and more etc.
Check in: I checked in at about 2am+, the receptionist was lying down at the restaurant beside and no one was at the counter until he heard the noises from my luggage pulling, he walked to the counter, which was quite unprofessional.
Check out: during check out, i was told that a small face towel was missing and claimed that i have to pay RM20 for that. We didn't take any towels but i went back to the room and to my car to search through all my luggages, we didn't even accidentally take their towel. And were forced to pay for that. Now we learned our lesson, ALWAYS count and take photo of the items they provide even after every room cleaning whereby they replace the towels.
This was a bad experience but other than that, the stay was okay.
