Location is superb with a few ktvs, massage places, lot and lots of restaurants within 10mins walking distance. It’s my default hotel when doing a short gateway to jb.

Convenient location with many eateries nearby. Within 20 min drive to Toppen mall, Ecospring and Aeon Mall. My kids have fun at the digger's site, and catch a movie at Toppen TGV cinemas after that.

So so room. Kinda noisy from the pub below so please prepare earplug. However, Internet connection is good.

Repeat stay. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Though no windows but it help keep the noise down. Each floor there's drinking water dispenser (hot, cold, room temp) and ironing board. Shower comes with (working) water heater. Toothbrush set, bath towel, shower cap, shower gel and shampoo provided. There's hair dryer (didn't use though). There's place to hang clothes at main door.

It’s our second time booking this hotel! It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants, KTV and street side loklok. Very convenient and staff is very friendly!

Location was good as nearby a lot of eateries . They get book out quite fast despite the higher pricing. Room was clean but the toilet seat has stained which we had to wash away

Very good location. Right in the heart where all food and activities are. Has all basic stuffs provided in the room - bottles of water, shampoo and shower gel, towel, etc. Some.minor comments are the wall like super thin, can hear noises from occupants beside us . Pillows were 3 instead of 4, dunno why. The bed was on the harder side. There was cleaning service outside our windows very early in the morning that woke everyone up on Saturday morning!

The hotel was clean, and the basic stuff was there. However, during our visit, the exterior wall was painted. The boom lift was making loud noise during operations and woke me at 9 30am. There was no major issue other than the painting works.

Room looks old, as the room I selected was no window, there’s a musky scent went we checked in. location is convenient to explore mount Austin and affordable for a night stay.

The hotel is not sound proof at all , can hear all the noise from next room and the lift . Please be aware if you are a light sleeper

SG here. Great Hotel. Location is prime, and is easily noticeable. Cleanliness is there and they do their best but maybe clean the calcium deposit off the kettle so other guests do not think it’s mould. For service : would give it a high 4/5 especially room service where they constantly ask if you want bottled water or not unlike other hotels. Negative : Please take care of your night staff, the Chinese guy who is stationed at twilight hours looks like he’s doesn’t want to be here at all, ducks his head between the counters and has extremely poor customer service and is not polite at all, I cannot even compare to the guys who have your morning/afternoon service, those guys really are polite from morning till 10pm and you should keep those guys.
