It was great for Vivo and a score of 10 out of 10 Professionally, and a score of 10 out of 10 In terms of drink quality, 2 out of 10 The staff did not even know the menu instructions.My impression of this hotel was something else The staff at TripAdvisor knew nothing, and I was surprised

Very Old Hotel unsuccessfully renovated. Rooms at opposite side of the elevators have better view towards the yard and are more quiet. Breakfast is acceptable. Wifi password expires every24 hrs! Staff are ok but can do better. Reception is not very welcoming. neighborhood is nice but locked in traffic sometimes. Many good coffeeshops nearby.

I stayed 10 days in this hotel. As soon as I entered I was pleasantly struck by the hall, very beautiful (I would give it 4 stars), but as soon as I entered the room I was disappointed, large but dated room and non-existent cleanliness (peanut crumbs near the bedside table, hair in the bathroom and who knows what other …). Very happy with the bidet and shower/bidet to wash under there. Ridiculous internet connection, it stopped constantly and was completely absent the last few days before my departure, luckily I still had gigabytes available on the Iranian SIM. Bottles of water always available in the room free of charge. The staff, apart from the receptionists, speak little or no English so some communication problems are inevitable. Very good and plentiful breakfast even if Iranian style. In summary: a hotel without infamy and without praise, cleanliness and internet connection need to be improved a lot, for the rest it is certainly not a five star but it is not bad either.
