Room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast is not so great. They can do better.

High class hotel. Friendly staffs and efficient services. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, there is nothing special nearby, but it is not far to the center. Beautiful lobby interior. The rooms are a bit old, but maintained. The beds are narrow, the mattresses and pillows are hard. Breakfast for 5 stars is poor but tasty. Omelettes and pancakes are fried, there are freshly squeezed juices and good machine coffee. A good view of the city and mountains from the window, if you take a higher floor or from the restaurant on the 12th floor.

The hotel environment and service are good. Catering would be better if it was cheaper.

The hotel is considered a relatively new hotel overall. I will consider staying here again next time.
