Very good staff. Keen to serve. Chefs prepare delicious food, very aromatic, flavourful food. I tasted the best paranthas in this resort so far. Mr. Adesh from restaurant was very responsive to our needs. Other staff in restaurant was also good. Mr. Rohit from Happy Hub was the best. We have visited a lot of resorts earlier but this was the best experience from Happy Hub. He played enthusiastically with our five years old child who was very bored earlier. A big thanks to him. Mr. Alok was also supportive. We wish every resort has similar staff in restaurant and happy hub.

Club mahindra kanatal resort staff is very good by services environment and staff are very helpful We come on my birthday and staff give us surprise cake at night and we enjoy our precious day and all staff food was delicious Thanks to Ms Ankita from happy hub my kids enjoy there and watching movie Narsimha avtar

Our stay was very beautiful. Resort location is superb. Here you'll feel very close to nature. Eco park is just outside the club mahindra resort where you can just roam and take natural breeze. food here is also very good with lots of varieties. All the staff (specially Alok ji) was very polite.

Had an amazing stay at Club Mahindra Kanatal! The resort's picturesque location, surrounded by clouds and lush greenery, was truly breathtaking. The staff, including Sanjay, Ankesh, Alok, and Surdeep, were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the jungle safari and evening activities organized by the Happy Hub team. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend!"

The restaurant staff is very good. And the chefs were kind enough to make continental food of my choice as a a part of the package. Wish to specially mention Alok in the restaurant who too great care to make our trip a memorable. The property is well located and the air is excellent.

To start with the review, it is an amazing stay and wonderful time away from the hustle of city life. Though the weather here is cold, one can fully enjoy if he/she is prepared properly with warm clothes, especially for someone from central or southern India.

It was a best experience so far, the view from the room was fantastic we enjoyed a lot with snow fall. The elaborate buffet spread from hearth just yummy. Room is specious & well maintained. We enjoy alot with 100% Comfort. Staff behaviour is very polite & I fell they serve from the bottom of heart.
