Staff is rude and unprofessional. Rooms are untidy and housekeeping department is pathetic. Size of rooms is very small as per the price

Decent rooms, polite staffs but understaff, good location the lake view rooms has better visuals. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, needs improvement. Otherwise overall good experience
