I can tell this was the best hotel i have ever been !
It was very clean
The staff were unbelievably friendly and professional,
We had out wedding there and they took a super care of us , the gust manager Mrs, Arzu was like the most responsible and hard working person i have ever seen , she did things that i am sure was not a part of her duty , the hotel architecture was wonderful, the food were delicious.
Definitely I would go back ! And strongly I recommend this hotel .

A real cave hotel with a very beautiful environment and good service. However, I would prefer a non-cave hotel. The light is very dark and a bit stuffy. Even a person like me feels that the room is a bit uninhabitable.

We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening and went to see the hot air balloon at 5 o'clock the next morning. We came back to continue resting and the hotel called after 11 o'clock.
