Excellent accommodation with well-equipped and tidy rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great position of the hotel for watching the balkon flights as one of the main atractions of Cappadocia. It is also close to all other facilities such as restaurants, shops etc.

Memnun kaldığımız bi konaklama oldu. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, sıcak, samimiydi. ***et sessiz nezih bi otel. Kahvaltısı çok özenli ve hoştu 🤌🏻 Hava koşullarından dolayı balonlara göremedik fakat bu otelin balon manzarası çok hoşmuş o yüzden tekrar gi**eyi planlıyoruz 🙏

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular. Odamız genel olarak çok geniş ve güzeldi suit oda aldık fakat duşta gider problemi yaşadık. Ve jakuzi kullanamadık çünkü gider kokuyordu. Harici ***et memnun kaldık manzarası ***et hoştu.

Sessiz, temiz ve nezih bir otel. Otelin gündüz ve gece manzarası ayrı güzel. Kahvaltı menüsü ***et yeterli ve lezizdi. Çalışanların ilgi ve alakası profesyonelceydi. Fakat biraz pahalı bir otel. Taş bina olduğu için soğuk bir otel.

2 günlük kapadokya tatilimizde tercih ettik, öncelikle otel tertemiz bahçesi çok keyifli, konumu da çok güzel . Ancak bahçede dışarıdan şarap aldığımız için içmek istedik, servis ücreti 250 tl olduğu belirtildi . Kabul ettik ve servislerimiz verildi ve şarabımız açılıp getirildi. Çıkışta ödemeye geldiğimizde servis ücreti dışında bir kez daha servis ücreti yazıordu 250 tl dışında ve 2 şişe içildiği için iki defa 250 tl yazılmıştı, konuşunca 250 tl nin birini sildiler ancak servis ücreti yazan 88 tl diye anlamadığımız başka bir rakam daha yazılmıştı. Bu hareketlerini doğru bulmadık ve sadece bardak getirildi diye iki defa servis ücreti yazması doğru değildi. daha önce başka kapadokya otellerinde kaldığımızda değil servis ücreti bize ekstra peynir bile ikram edilmişti. Bu açıdan hareketleri doğru değildi.
